The package will contain many parts

    # Washer set

    # 2 x large Thumb screws

    # 2 x large sleeves

    # 4 x smaller Thumb screws

    # 2 x smaller sleeves

    # 2 x black thumb wheels

    # 2 x Silver Threaded U clips

    # 1 x battery cover Thumb Screw

    Assembly

Remove your panels from the Scooter

We use the threaded fitting on the Scooter, for the front fixing. It is best to clean the thread on the Scooter by running a bolt in and out several times. Do not use the new fixing to clean the thread.

Then remove the threaded clip from the middle fixing, Replace the clip with the Silver Threaded U clip

Fit the side panel back on to the Scooter

Starting at the front fixing, this is the larger Thumb screw and sleeve, and the larger nylon washer, which touches the panel

As above we use the threaded fixing on the scooter which should be nice and clean by now

Assemble the fixing and screw it in, but not tight

The middle fixing is the smaller Thumb wheel, with NO sleeve added, add the smaller nylon washer here too.

Then use one of the Black thumb screws on the rear of the fixing, do not forget to use the spring washer in the Washer kit.

The rear fixing, again using a smaller Thumb screw and sleeve, with a nylon washer

Use a black thumb wheel behind the panel, remembering to use the spring washer again.

Tighten all the fixings when done

Replace the Battery cover fixing with the remaining Thumb Screw
